The Domaine de Panéry Shop
The full range of Domaine de Panéry products, including oils, red, rosé and white wines, as well as a selection of honeys and local products, can be tasted and purchased directly at the Caveau or ordered via the online boutique. They reflect all the qualities of the Domaine and the lands of Uzès.
White wines
Each of Domaine de Panéry's oils is made exclusively from a single grape variety, using the first cold-pressing process: arbequina, picholine, arbosane or koronïki. A range of four oils with contrasting taste qualities, from the fresher, edgier Picholine to the rounder, silkier Arbosane.
White wines
Domaine de Panéry white wines are produced from our own vines and a blend of viognier, roussanne and chardonnay.
Rosé wines
Domaine de Panéry rosé wines are made from our own vines and a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes.
Red wines
Domaine de Panéry's red wines are produced from our own vines and a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Merlot.
