Rosé – Syrah – Grenache
Our rosé wine, La Madone 2023
La Madone – AOP Duché d’Uzès, presents a brilliant color with bluish reflections, with notes of red fruits and wild strawberries. It is a tonic and elegant wine on the palate, with flavors of well-ripened strawberries and a star anise finish. La Madone fully expresses itself with a sesame beef wok with seasonal vegetables, for example, or with a monkfish terrine with scallops, as well as a mint strawberry salad for dessert.
Observe
Its brilliant and luminous color is a “strawberry heart” shade with silver/blue reflections.
