The Wines of Domaine de Panéry
Since the renovation of the Estate and the new winery, new balanced blends of recognized grape varieties from the Gard region have emerged: Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, and Mourvèdre for the reds and rosés; Grenache, Marsanne, and Viognier for the whites.
The Estate now produces vintages that are progressing and gaining depth and consistency, offering a homogeneous and award-winning range.

The Olive Oils of Domaine de Panéry
The Estate becomes one of the reference producers of high-quality olive oil in France
Alongside the vineyards, nearly 120 hectares of olive trees have been planted, making the Estate one of the reference olive producers in France.
Today, they produce virgin oils, rich and complex, in a range recognized by numerous restaurant tables and notably in the kitchens of starred Grand Chefs.
