Our La Madone 2023 wine, AOP Duché d'Uzès offers a blend of unique flavors and textures. Made from a single grape variety, Chardonnay, this wine provides a gustatory experience. Vinified in oak barrels for months, its aromas are more powerful, making it a mature and complex wine. A dry white that deserves to be tasted at a temperature of about 48-52°F.

La Madone – AOP Duché d’Uzès, presents a brilliant and golden color. It is a full-bodied, rich, and elegant wine, complex, spicy, and brioche-like, with aromas of dried fruits, candied citrus with a buttery and silky finish. La Madone white will express its best qualities with a spice bread crumble and foie gras, for example, or a Bresse chicken with cream and morels, or on characterful cheeses such as pélardon or roquefort. La Madone is aged in French oak barrels for 6 to 7 months.
